Refund policy
We want you to love your journal as much as the books on your shelf. If something is not quite right:
Change of Mind Returns
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Email hello@shopboundtobloom.com before sending anything back (we will share the return address once approved)
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping charges (both ways) are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send clear photos of the product and packaging
Missing Parcels
- If tracking is stalled or your order is missing, email us for help
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
Return to Sender
If your package is returned due to incorrect address, unpaid fees, or missed pickups, a 20% restocking fee will apply before resending or refunding.
